We have at least one team member onsite 24/7. The reception desk is maned 24/7, outside of these hours our team maybe in other areas of La Reserve ApartHotel but are easily contactable should you require assistance.

We’re unable to guarantee in advance if an early check-out is possible as it will depend on the occupancy of your departure date. The earliest time we would be able to advise will be the date of your arrival.
What deposit do I have to pay?
Deluxe One Bed Apartment – £100.00 per stay
Executive One Bed Apartment – £150.00 per stay
Deluxe Two Bed Apartment – £200.00 per stay
Executive Two Bed Apartment – £200 per stay
Executive Three Bed Room Apartment – £250.00 per stay
Duplex Two Bed Apartment – £300.00 per stay
Terrace Two Bed & Three Bed Apartment – £350.00 per stay
Three Bed Penthouse Apartment – £350.00 per stay
Upon your departure a member of the housekeeping team will check your apartment to ensure that there are no damages to apartment or equipment in the apartment. Should the apartment found to be in satisfactory condition, the pre-authorisation will be released back to you. Although we instruct the card issuer to release the authorisation immediately on your departure date; some card issuers can take up to 7 working days to release the authorisation. When entering the room if you notice anything wrong, please inform the reception, if you don’t you may be held accountable for it.

Non-residents are not permitted in apartments. Noise must be kept to a minimum, any disturbances are chargeable where other guests are affected. Regular patrols are conducted and any breaches of the peace are dealt with immediately.
